The Environmental Nature Center will host its annual appreciation dinner for its members, the “Taste of Twilight”, on September 30th at 5:30 pm. Guests are invited to walk the trails and participate in the fun activities the ENC staff has in store. Next, our guests will gather on the patio to enjoy a picnic dinner as the Volunteer of the Year Award and Appreciation Awards are presented. Live music by the Shadybrook band will play into the night. The evening will close with s’mores and story telling around a campfire. The Taste of Twilight, the Environmental Nature Center’s highly anticipated complimentary membership dinner, is right around the corner! Join us on November 7th for a fun filled night of activities, music, and more at this annual member appreciation event. The evening will begin with fun nocturnal nature activities. “I’m especially excited about the activities this year because they will all have a nocturnal theme,” said ENC Education Coordinator Alex Lane.  “Guests are encouraged to bring their flashlights and walk the trails where ENC Naturalists will tell them about the moon, singing insects, eye shine, owls, bioluminescence and bats.  We’ll even have a ‘star party’!” After working up an appetite on their night hikes, guests will enjoy a picnic dinner and live bluegrass music from the Shadybrook band,…
