The Environmental Nature Center and ENC Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary have locally native plants for sale year round. We are open on Saturday and Sunday from 10AM -3PM. Generally, we don’t recommend planting native plants during summer or early fall. Several species enter a period of dormancy during this time, and it can be more challenging to get them established. That said, our Summer inventory is not very robust, but we do have some specimens. Check our most up to date inventory using the following links:

Locally native plants are beautiful. They attract butterflies and birds. They can help you save water, eliminate the need for harmful pesticides and fertilizers, and reduce the need for maintenance. Contact Lori for more info, or to check availability before swinging by.
The ENC does not sell non-naturally occurring hybrids, which are the result of artificial selections made by humans from the natural variation found in species. Non-naturally occurring hybrids (usually described on plant tags with “quotes” around part of their scientific name like Ceanothus “dark star”) no longer participate in natural reproduction patterns that would maintain genetic diversity. We will likely not have native milkweed available for sale until MAY. Please check back here for updates.
