Join Our Horticulture Team as a Horticulture Technician
Do you love California native plants, working outdoors, and helping create healthy habitat for wildlife? The Environmental Nature Center (ENC) is currently hiring a part time Horticulture Technician to help care for the native landscapes at the Environmental Nature Center, ENC Nature Preschool, and ENC Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary.
This hands-on position includes planting, watering, weeding, pruning, irrigation maintenance, habitat improvements, and general grounds care. You’ll spend most of your day outdoors helping steward beautiful native plant communities that serve as wildlife habitat, outdoor classrooms, and places of inspiration for thousands of visitors each year.
The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, enjoys physical outdoor work, and has an interest in horticulture, habitat restoration, or California native plants.
