Nature Camp Scholarships

The ENC offers a limited number of partial scholarships (covering 50% of the camp fee) each year. Limit one scholarship per family. Camp sessions will be awarded based on availability.

Instructions for Applying for an ENC Nature Camp Scholarship:

Complete the Scholarship Application:
- Submit your scholarship application below.
- Deadline: Applications must be submitted at least one month before the start of your desired camp session.
- If you miss the deadline, contact us to see if funds are still available. In such cases, we may encourage you to apply for consideration.
- Scholarship recipients will be notified at least three weeks before the start of camp if the application was received on time.
Complete the Online Camp Application:
- Go to https://encenter.campbrainregistration.com/ and fill out the Nature Camp application up to the payment section.
- Do not submit payment.
- Once you reach the payment section, email Mindy at mindy@encenter.org to let her know you have completed this step.
Submit a Letter of Recommendation:
- Upload a letter of recommendation from your child’s current teacher as part of the application. The letter must be signed and include the teacher’s name, title, and phone number.
Submit a Thank You Letter:
- Within one week of completing the camp session, have your child write a thank you letter to the scholarship provider. Letters can be mailed (drawings encouraged!) to the address above, and we will forward them on.
