As the weather cools and the leaves fall there’s no better way to celebrate the season than with the ENC’s 42nd annual Fall Faire and Pumpkin Patch.
Stop by and pick the perfect pumpkin at our pumpkin patch where pumpkins of all shapes and sizes will be available to take home just in time to carve into spooky jack-o-lanterns.
Come with an empty stomach because local food vendors will be in attendance for our Savor OC Restaurant Showcase. Grab a delectable treat from Sensitive Sweets, a slice of yum from Pizza Bakery, a gourmet cookie from 17th Street Deli, and clam chowder from Bluewater Grill. Saltwater Catering will be on hand for the first time this year, and we can’t wait to see what they will bring!
If the kids are feeling creative, purchase a re-usable ENC bag for $5 as your ticket to participate in the Craft Crawl. As you walk our trails, you will encounter tables where you can make fun, eco-friendly crafts using recycled materials. Later on, keep the kids entertained with games like Trash Tumble, Froggie Flip, Feeding Frenzy, Funky Fishing, Fore Fun, and Pancake Picnic. Winners can enter to win prizes at our children’s auction!
Stick around to see the variety of performances and presentations we’ll have at Fire Circle Stage. At 10:45 am, the Young Singers of Orange County will gather for a performance showing off their angelic voices. Then, Save Queen Green herself, Angela Vincent, will take the stage twice, at 11:45 am and 1:45 pm, to perform her signature nursery rhymes with an eco-friendly twist. Don’t miss the Orange County Bird of Prey Center at 12:45 pm as they bring out a few of the raptors they’ve rehabilitated and educate you on these beautiful animals.
We’ll have face painters on hand to paint spiders, bats and pumpkins on your face, while our henna artists create beautiful designs on hands and feet. You’ll also be able to meet some barnyard animals at the petting zoo and take a ride on an adorable pony. There’s something for everyone at the Fall Faire!
All fees and proceeds go directly toward our environmental education programs, so we can keep providing hands-on environmental education for years to come.
