Yoga at the Nature Center is an answer.
The Environmental Nature Center is a great place and a great way to reclaim or nurture a little balance in your life.
Visit the ENC to relax and strengthen with some basic to intermediate yoga techniques. Yoga works on the body and mind and is suitable for people of all ages and physical abilities. It promotes strength and flexibility as well as good posture. It gives us tools for relaxation and concentration.
Jeanine is our resident yoga instructor and has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She has taught a wide range of ages from children to adults. Jeanine is a great instructor and she keeps it interesting, come find out for yourself.
Wear stretchy or loose clothing. If you have a yoga mat, bring it. If you don’t, we have some available to borrow. Try not to eat at least 1-2 hours prior. And being on time is actually beneficial to your practice. 🙂
