ENC Leader in Training Reference Form

Congratulations! An ENC Leader in Training (LIT) Applicant has chosen you as a reference! This form must be completed by an adult who is not related to the applicant — such as a teacher, coach, mentor, or employer. The prospective LIT is aspiring to be a part of the Leader in Training program at the Environmental Nature Center. In this program, high school students are assigned to a group of up to 10 campers, who are also under the constant supervision of an adult teacher. The LITs assist the teachers in many aspects of the camp program and develop their leadership skills in the process. The Applicant has granted permission for us to obtain information concerning their character and abilities. The quality and integrity of our LITs is very important to us. Children are placed in the care of those we select. Your honest appraisal of the applicant’s abilities, attitude, and maturity is important not only to us, but to the parents who entrust us with the care of their children.
