The Environmental Nature Center strives to model diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in all our policies, practices and procedures and to create an environment in which everyone feels valued and respected. The ENC supports this DEI-focused environment for its membership, staff, visitors, students, and Board of Directors by actively recruiting participation from all constituencies of our community and by aligning our programs, policies, practices, and resources so that all people have genuine opportunities to learn and thrive.
